  • What kind of decks do you install?

At Deck-Aid, we offer installations for a variety of Trex style decks.

  • Who can I expect to perform the actual installation of my deck?

Our Trex pro-certified crew is licensed, insured, and well-qualified to perform your installation.

  • Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We offer free estimates within 1 business day.

  • What is the purpose of a pergola?

Pergolas provide a dual purpose, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Not only do they provide shade, shielding from the sun's glare and offering relief from its intense rays, but they also enhance the visual appeal of their surroundings.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. At Deck-Aid, we are licensed and insured. Additionally, we can acquire all necessary building permits, if needed.

  • How long does it take to install a pergola?

The duration for completion varies depending on several factors, chiefly the size and complexity of the pergola design. On average, a standard pergola project typically spans between 3 to 5 days from start to finish.

  • What’s the difference between a gazebo and a pergola?

A gazebo serves a multifunctional role, offering not only shade from the sun's rays but also providing shelter from rain and snow. Its design includes a roof structure that effectively sheds water and snow, ensuring a dry and comfortable space beneath. On the other hand, while a pergola offers shade and enhances the visual appeal of outdoor spaces, it primarily focuses on aesthetics rather than weather protection.

Unlike gazebos, pergolas do not include a solid roof structure, meaning they do not provide shelter from precipitation. Therefore, while both structures contribute to outdoor comfort and ambiance, they serve distinct purposes based on their design and features.
